Dalemans x Natagora: Enhancing Biodiversity in Remicourt
On our site in Remicourt, biodiversity is gaining ground. Discover how a few simple initiatives have helped 87 species thrive, and how we monitor their development year after year.
That’s how many living species have been recorded on our site in Remicourt.
Over the past few years, a wildflower meadow, hedges and various plantings have gradually taken shape around our building.
Nothing spectacular to begin with: just a few square metres where the grass was left to grow, along with native species planted around the site.
As part of Natagora’s Réseau Nature initiative, this approach is monitored annually to track how biodiversity is evolving on our site.
The result: pollinating insects, birds, wild plants and other species now find shelter, food and suitable conditions to thrive.
We are not claiming to turn a company site into a nature reserve. We simply wanted to show that even modest choices can have a direct impact on the environment around us.
